THE CLINTON LEGACY FINALLY REVEALED!!
Despite the negative review on this DVD. I love it. Finally justice was done. On this documentary they emphasize on all his accomplishments. Something PBS failed to do in the deplorable 4 hour documentary CLINTON - IT ALL BEGAN WITH HOPE that had an over the top Republican touch.
The only negative thing about this DVD is that is a bit short. It should've been at least 2 hours, but finally justice was done and there a documentary of the only president that I've seen since my childhood to the 90s leave this country in great shape.
No matter what anyone may say or think about Clinton and the right wingers, he left this country in 240 billion dollars in surplus something that I dont know if we well see now in my lifetime again after Bush Jr took over and left us in shrapnel to say the least.
There are many Clinton speeches on here that I really appreciate as they are part of history and I was in my very early 20s when he was president.

Clinton's speeches
No matter what your political leanings or feelings toward the Clintons are, they are a part of American history. So I was hoping this would be an unbiased educational look at their part in that history.
It begins with Clinton shaking hands with President Kennedy during his Boy's Nation visit to Washington in 1963. The narration describes "elements of scandal, but a remarkable journey".
What most of the film shows are portions of the presidential debates and many of Clinton's speeches. We listen to the don't ask, don't tell speech, Black Hawk down and his speech after the impeachment vote in congress and the speech dedicating Kennedy's presidential library.
What is skipped over almost completely is any action or lack thereof against terrorism and bin Laden . Bin Laden is brought up in the bombing of the Cole and the World Trade Center, but then it describes Clinton's speeches and meeting between Israel and Palestine as the answer to this terrorism.
